Items ordered directly from us, through this website, by phone or email, can be shipped internationally.  When you place your order, we will invoice you by Paypal.  Order will be processed after receipt of payment.

 

Within the U.S.

USPS Priority Mail is free, included in the price of the item.  Payment may be by personal check, major credit cards,  or Paypal.

 

To Canada

Payment is by Paypal In US Dollars only.

Shipping is by USPS International Priority.  Charge:  $25.00

Allow 2-3 weeks for shipping.

Shipping to Canada (and elsewhere) from the US via the United States Postal Service (USPS) is fairly easy. In fact, MAILING is the BEST method for SENDING BOXES ACROSS the BORDER!! NEVER any $$ brokers fees (as with UPS & FedEx) and mail offers much more economical choices!

NOTE on WAIT TIMES & Tracking: Unfortunately some packages can take 2-plus weeks to get to Canada from the US because they can get held up in the customs bottleneck (especially crossing through Detroit/Windsor). Please allow 2-3 weeks for most packages. (Note: Most ‘missing’ packages get returned to sender – which can add a couple of weeks.) Unfortunately, customs cannot / does not track packages; only packages with USPS tracking can be tracked.

 

To Rest of the World

Payment is by Paypal In US Dollars only.

Shipping is by USPS International Priority.  Charge:  $30.00

Transit time will vary with international orders but are estimated at 10-15 business days (in addition to the 1-3 processing days). Tracking is not available for international orders once it leaves the U.S.  Ephods & Pomegranates is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or tariffs that may by incurred at the time of delivery. Such fees are at the discretion of each individual country and are payable by the buyer.

All international orders (outside of the USA) are shipped USPS International Priority mail.  USPS Priority mail transit time is estimated at 5-17 business days, with online tracking accessible.  Priority Mail is recommended for international orders.

Please note that every so often a package may get stopped by customs (due to crossing country borderlines), if stopped, this will significantly increase the transit time. We do not guarantee transit time will be within the “approximate” time frames stated above for international orders.
